That extra tire clearance is probably the only reason I sometimes dream about an orange Hillborne to go with my green. It's a good bike, but the Schwalbe Marathon Supreme 40s are about as wide as I'm comfortable with right now.
Will say I'm officially jealous of your setup. Still not sure I could run my Hillborne without fenders. They seem too much a part of the bike.
