Since I need a braze-on front der. that will work with a 26/36/46, I ordered an old, cheap Shimano from eBay. I swear that the lever arm (near the cable anchor) on my IRD der. is ironically not providing enough leverage when combined with the Silver shifter. I'll report back on this combo in a few days.
