I'm 5'4" and am on a 48cm Hunqapillar. Most frame companies increase (steeped) seat tube angle as the frame size gets small, presumably so they can use the same threadless fork as the larger sizes without cause toe overlap. That, alone, is the reason I ride a Rivendell and a low-frills custom with ~72 deg seat tubes.
