Carradice makes the Bike Burea, a nice canvas and leather briefcase with an internal, suspended laptops sleeve (holds a 17") that also mounts to a rack with Carradice's proprietary qr mounting clips. I've given someone else right of refusal, but if the deal goes off it will be available.
It is big enough for a lot of other stuff beside a laptop, too. And a lot cheaper if you order from SJS, say, than here in the US: http://www.sjscycles.co.uk/carradice-bike-bureau-26ltr-prod10822/ GBL66 is $107 in monopoly money. Me, I simply don't carry my MBP around enough to make one useful.
