Speaking for myself, it's not so much that somebody would use my pic without permission but what it says about such a person. In other words, maybe they're perpetrating a scam on an unsuspecting buyer, or worse. So I'd flag it at least. I'm not sure I'd contact them directly though. If you want me to flag it as well, let me know and state how to do so. I think numbers matter in such a scenario.
