Nice time to revive this thread! Who cut down to one bike this year? I'm moving (back) to Oakland this summer and am in the process of deciding whether or not to go down to 1 bike or 2 (at 3). Pay aspirational minimalist really wants to do this. My sentimental attachments tell me no.
