If you're after cheaper ones, there are also the Tektro
levers<http://tektro.com/_english/01_products/01_prodetail.php?pid=92&sortname=Lever&sort=1&fid=3>
 that
Riv used to sell which can be switched between long- and short-pull. If I
was buying new ones I'd probably try the super-cheap Shimano Deore levers
(BL-T611). I've got the Tektro levers on my Bombadil with V-brakes and
they're fine, but the cheap Shimano levers on my other bike feel slightly
nicer to me, although this could be caused by other factors e.g. cables,
housing, brakes.
