Meisha and John were always quick to get back to me when I emailed. Keven was much better to get on the phone. All 3 were nothing but great to deal with for me.

I've never tried to contact any of the others so can't weigh in on that.

I got the error on the domain name just now that you mention. Must have been an oversight with a 2/1 expiration. Being Sunday, it might be tomorrow before anyone at RBWWHQS realizes they need to call in with a credit card and re animate it.

Glad you looked past the conversation problems to get what are in fact good products.

I like it better when I can just get on the website and order something, without phoning or emailing, that system has worked for me beautifully. But even today the Riv website is down, the domain has expired, really how does that happen when you are mostly an internet company?

Will I keep buying from them? Most definetly. They have the bikes and products that I like but I also am aware if there is a problem, communication will be lacking. Many of you have had such great interactions, so maybe I was just unlucky twice.
