Get yourself a good 4 1/2" or 5" hand grinder ,good eye protection "full 
face is great! , and some zip blade disks for what ever metal you are using 
they have them for aluminum and steel 
when you scribe a line on your material ...go over it slow and steady with 
the zip blade and have a firm grip on your grinder start a grove in the 
material and go over it until you are through 
great for straight cuts ,use a drill to help in inside corners, save the 
disks when they are small they are great for cutting curves
