Mac, >From your description, I'd say your analysis is very plausible, although I rarely deal with Trojan - I have an attitude about them. It also sounds like it is unlikely to be covered under warranty, unless someone at Trojan is feeling generous when you get through to them. The absorb time is way too long, and the rebulk at 27.0 is also way high. The absorb voltage seems fine, especially for a light user, but the proof is in the SG readings. The last I checked, Trojan was looking for about 1.27, but that was a long time ago, and I don't know if they treat the 2 volt L16s any differently. Howie
