Hey Wrenches, Thanks for all the great feedback on off-grid refrigerators.
We decided to go with a GE 18 Cu Ft refrigerator. It's a pretty standard model and uses just over 1 kWh/day (369 kWh/year energy star rated). https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-specs/GTE18ITHBB We also purchased it from a local dealer who also provides services.
