Dave,
I just went through a thorough installation/programming
regime for an Outback FlexPower2 married to 8, SimpliPhi 3.8's. Outback
and SimpliPhi have spent a great deal of time developing setpoints for
several of OB's products in a 23 detailed page integration guide.

Something is wrong with your programming of the monitor! Does the
battery make give you parameters to program, they should! This is not
normal with what I have seen. Reading state of charge on a monitor
that does not have a BMS feeding Soc to it, is for indication only. It
is a moveable feast and a PITA! I do not know why Outback has chosen
to not partner with battery companies and close the loop for LFP like
Schneider has? Anyone know why they will not do this?
Lightning/gensets, and grid power can damage electronics and even
though they may still seem to be working, they are damaged.
Probably best to start logging in case there is something deeper!
Good Luck!
