Is it possible that it has nothing to do with it being an arc fault
breaker?  Just a short in the AC wiring on that circuit somewhere that is
tripping the inverter off line, and it happens that that circuit is on an
arc fault breaker.  I know I've had issues with the SW inverters especially
responding so fast to shorts anywhere on the AC wiring that even a bad
power strip takes the inverter off line without tripping any breakers.
Usually you can see a short if it's that fast of an overload though.
 Also, have you tried replacing the arc fault breaker?  It might be a bad
breaker perhaps that has a short?

It is the inverter that trips off not the breaker and nothing needs to be
done to restore power except to reset the inverter. It isn't unusual for an
inverter to trip off due to overload faster than a breaker responds. But I
wouldn't expect the inverter to trip off due to an arc fault.

The electrician has been out there twice looking for a problem with the
wiring and found nothing.
