Not here with 10.3.9
TextEdit doesn't launch and accept the text if it's not already
running
Just tried dragging the text of your email onto the icon and it
does not work for me
I have used this with TextWrangler for an long time, but is not sure
about OS X 10.3.9
(only 95% sure) also when TextWrangler is NOT launched. So I think
the OS is handle this
and an feature request should be sent to RS NOT Apple....
