I would recommend that you read the fine print, unlimited does not mean
unlimited use. My experiences with hosting companies that charge far
less then $5.00 is that their service is not good, atleast not for me.
Read their fine print, if you use EXE's for your installs and you want
your users to just download them from just site, companies like this
BLOCK EXE's of any kind and you will have to compress the files as zips.
Take a look at Godaddy.com and see if you like their stuff. I have a few
friends that host with them and they have had no issues.
