I was thinking of using these guys:

They are offering (for 12 month signup) free domain, unlimited
storage and bandwidth for $US3.95/month. Anyone had any good or bad
experiences with them?
As we are providing hosting ourselves, there's no way this can be
true. It just wouldn't be profitable at all. There's got to be a
catch, and a really big one, read the fine print. There are quite a
few decent hosting companies out there, if you want it cheap, go for
one of the big guys (godaddy, hostingzoom, mediatemple). I'm
mentioning hostingzoom and mediatemple, because their clustered
systems are a very good deal: cheap and more reliable than normal
shared hosts.
Clustered systems spread the load of their hosted accounts over
several servers. This means one site making it to the frontpage of
digg (even if it's not one of your websites, but just hosted on the
same server as yours) won't make your site go down. On a normal
shared host one website can bring down the performance of all
accounts on that server (and it happens).
