That brings me to the next question, does rb multi threading capability useful 
for multimedia project?

I am evaluating rb for a few multimedia projects.

TGE does the same thing. Go look at the website. It has built-in gui  
and terrain editors etc.

There's no Torque product that would work well with REALbasic. It's  
not at all designed to work that way and, like Frank, I see no  
benefit from it even if it were.
