If this is a global issue, there should not be anything more important to RS then to get this under control.
I strongly agree with this. I spend MOST of my Windows programming working on stupid cosmetic workarounds because of flicker or redraw problems. All of us would be immensely more productive if we didn't have to deal with this.
RS prides themselves on "Cross Platform That Really Works", and I have to say that just because you make something work well on a Mac, certainly does not mean that it will work well on Windows without modification. This kind of goes against their mission statement, doesn't it?!
It sure would be nice to have windows that have in-built double- buffering for Windows, at least as an option, if nothing else. So... those three wish list items for 2007 that everyone is writing about... this one should be near the top. Ooops... that means that I'll have to take one off of my list to make room! Darn!
