They are still the software portion of FreeScale They just
don't sell Mac version of CodeWarrior any more since Macs are
not based on FreeScale (powerPC) silicon
Yes, that's right. MW solved their business problems by selling out
to Moto.
Or did moto solve their development tool supplier worries by buying
them :)
