If you mean to "use" a framework, you do that through Declares. Lookup
"Declare" in the language reference.
If you are talking about making frameworks, that is something you'd have
to do in XCode. REALbasic cannot currently make frameworks.
Of course, if you're just talking about making classes and such that you
can use among your own applications, then you are certainly welcome to
export your code and import it into another project. I create these
kinds of "frameworks" for all my apps.
