Video DVDs would be too expensive to produce and the quality can be iffy. A 
cheaper solution, and one that I've seen that was really useful, is to get a 
binder together of all the Powerpoint presentations and transcripts of 
speeches. My boss went to a asset management symposium a few years back and 
came back with binders full of materials from every single presentation made, 
even the ones she didn't go to. Even though I wasn't there, it was almost as 
good. Shoot, they could even just make a CD-ROM of PDFs and source files (if 
any). That would be much faster and easier than video. My department creates 
similar products with Applescript that my company bundles as ancillaries with 
other books or just distributes over the web. It's a cinch.
