Thank you for the links. I must have a closer look at it as there are no 
mention of Mac OS X drivers in the different things I have seen. Of 
course I could go with a PC, but...

The solution with TCP/IP webcams seems interesting as it looks quite 
easy to set. Using a RB app that would monitor each webcam in a loop or 
at demand using a simple htmlwiever.

I have to have a closer look at the Pololu and ETH32 as I am a total 
novice in Electronic.
