Hi folks, Is anybody familiar with Macromedia Flash 8 and its scripting language "Action Script". How does it compare with RB? I mean is it possible to develop simple application style tutorials with animation to be used, say as math tutorials for classroom teaching environment?
I've developed some exercise type lessons where a button can give a student random problems and another button gives the solution with some interactivity. But i would like to develop some tutorial style lessons with a lot of 2D animation. Is Flash 8 a good idea? Also does RB play flash movies, or do they need to be converted first to QuickTime?
