Just do it!

Decide what the main fontsize is to be and how much smaller you want  
the superscripts to be  (maybe 2/3rds or  3/4ths the main text size)

Decide what Y offset you want for the Superscript.
I like: SuperScriptDeltaY =  MainTextAscent + SuperScriptTextHeight/2  
- SusperScriptTextAscent

Brake the string into sections of regular text and superscripts


Draw the segments of regular text and superscripts sperately using  
g.StringWidth to figure out the X offsets for the positions to draw  
each segment.
