... I don't see this as a problem (and it's certainly not a bug). Many people are also used to pressing the Return key to insert a line break in a multi-line field. So, the current behavior of having Return to so, but having Enter keys (where available) activate the default button, is a good solution. Yes, you'll occasionally hit the wrong one, but it's not hard to follow it up with Backspace and then Enter.
I never realized that there was a difference in how the two Enter keys are handled. (Not that there was no way to distinguish the keys, but that anyone would handle the two differently.)
