Besides the fact that it is a Moveable Modal window, it also disables all the widgets in the main window. That's probably a programming thing though and not a criteria of the modal class. Then again, Apple breaks its own guidelines quite frequently. :) Anyway, if his users are complaining about the fact there is no Close widget then they probably haven't been using a Mac long enough to understand the way OSX works in most situations regarding sheet windows. Either that or Craig is using it inappropriately. He still hasn't given any good reason for what he wishes yet.
