holder lacks the capability of providing a security environment to support the
necessary collateral demands of the prospective lender/investor,our Providers
have designed a special program to address this issue.This program is to
provide collateral for projects both National and Internationally.This is done
thru the use of Bank Guarantees or Standy Letters of Credit,the normal term
for the use of this collateral is 366 days.This would be for projects of
$100mm USD and above.You will need to have a lender that is ready to fund
based on sufficient and acceptable collateral.This opportunity has been
created as a vehicle to fund worthwhile business ventures and
development projects which of and by themselves do not possess the necessary
credit worthiness or have sufficient collateral,to qualify for traditional
Bank Lending.The Client/Borrower however should have a Credit line or a
Conditional Loan Commitment Letter available to them from an acceptable Bank
or Securities House.Our Strategic alliance partners have a sufficiently strong
assest base necessary to underwrite the securitization of the Loan Funds or
Credit Line Principle Funds.
