We work with commercial real estate financing projects please review our website at www.mortgagecapfinancial.com  stick to projects that are within your scope of control, it is hard enough to put together deals in the USA and Canada (we can even look at mexico) for loan amounts of 1,000,000 and above and 3,000,000 and above in Mexico. Anytime you see promos referencing huge dollar amounts and containing buzzwords such as "bank guarantees", "standby letters of credit",  "insurance guarantees",  "prime bank notes", it is all crap. You may be certain that Van Pelt has never done one of these deals becasue they cannot be done. What can be done is to skin the unwary for fees.
