Good question. This guy referred me to another person who indicated that unless I was prepared to pay upfront fees for due dilligence, etc. I could not be helped for two large real estate projects in the Fiji Islands. Both very viable. When I told Terry Van Pelt that I would not pay any upfront fees, he replied...nothing in life is free. You be the judge Bill.
