We (Starmedia Broadband) use the Matchmaker and the Alesis 10/4 mentioned in
the first post of this thread. They both do the same impedence matching and
we've been happy with both. The Alesis has gain attenuation. Very handy.

We are capturing audio and video from a Beta SP and had to get a level and
impedance converter to go from balanced audio to unbalanced. This device
works great and we're getting great results without having to do any audio
