With the file on a RealServer G2 you can use the ramgen function and
avoid totally the need for RAM files.  You would link to the file using
the following syntax:

http://<realserver>:8080/ramgen/<path>/<file.rm>

where the <realserver> is replaced by your realserver name or IP
<path> is replaced by the path to the file starting from the Content
directory and <file.rm> is replaced by your filename.

With that many files a day I would also be considering using a product
to dynamically generate HTML pages. Cold Fusion by Allaire is a good
tool to look at for doing this.
