For dynamically generating .ram files, I have an article in WebTechniques
(http://www.webtechniques.com/archives/1999/12/bouthillier/) that provides
Java/JSP source code for doing this.  It'd be a small task to modify this to
your own needs, although if you've never done any development, you'd have 
to get
"over the hump" of figuring out how to set up your environment.
