http://opensimulator.org/svn/opensim-track/trunk is a different url than what you are pointing at. You are correct that the old SVN is "dead" at r10115 but that new url is a mirror to git and is up to date with latest git master with 10-15 minutes delay. So try the new opensim-track svn it is working at the moment. We are using that because our Taiga project is on svn and so we get opensim as an svn-external.

The git repo is mirrored to http://opensimulator.org/svn/opensim-track/trunk so use that url for SVN access. It is same as git repo but about 10-15 minutes late, but for most people this is not an issue.
