I have made tutotorials for Taiga
http://wiki.realxtend.org/index.php/Getting_Started_with_Taiga That is for
the 0.0.1 release and is a fully working tutorial how to setup that version
(from download to installing databases and explaining all the configs).
Building the 0.0.1 from source

And finally what you were maybe talking about most
http://wiki.realxtend.org/index.php/Building_Taiga_from_source_trunkbuilding
from trunk. Granted this page is out of date and as you said all
the server components are evolving all the time so its hard to find time to
update the documentation. When we get the ModRex Ode plugin working I will
update that wiki page to correspond with reality :) The whole build system
has changed in opensim and due to that also in modcablebeach and modrex.

I do believe we are making progress in making the build system more easy to
use on the server side. If I compare the situation from 0.0.1 to this point
its already ten times easier and we are looking to improve this still.
