Just tested on the publisher demo, if i set the video quality to 100,
the playback is sticky. I'm connecting locally.

Apologies, it was because the client had a disabled flag on a
method callback. Im testing locally and getting 1fps. Its dropping
frames locally. I tried many client settings, no idea what the
problem is. The wierd one was previewing the loopback with the
bandwidth set to 100k the preview was extremely sticky, if i set it
to 0 the loopback is ok, but still the plyaback goes between
1-10fps very sticky locally.
