OK, at 15fps it was stable, at 90% quality, im seeing it go from 15 then suddently drop to zero , then ramp up to 15 then drop to zero. During the ramping up and down it will freeze.

Hey Guys,

I too can confirm this as well from Trunk 2228 which I still have live with SN1 update..

Yes just tested on our other server with an older version, it will happen after a while just drop down to 1fps, will keep dropping down randomly after a bit of movement,. Definitely at 100% quality it jitters all the time.

Steve yes, we've been experiencing the problem since an update in June, but its on and off really I was thinking this SN1 update was fixing this problem. Ive tried so many settings, a comfortable one was 95% video quality, fps to 30 and bitrate of 200 but even then subscribing and previewing on the same machine, the frame rate jumps between 5-18fps and it will stall the frame randomly, similar issue to what is happening currently.

Dan,
If possible, could you please verify if the problem exists on earlier versions?

Its just like my initial tests, video quality set above 95% will cause sticky video. Should I be creating a ticket ?

Apologies, it was because the client had a disabled flag on a method callback. Im testing locally and getting 1fps. Its dropping frames locally. I tried many client settings, no idea what the problem is. The wierd one was previewing the loopback with the bandwidth set to 100k the preview was extremely sticky, if i set it to 0 the loopback is ok, but still the plyaback goes between 1-10fps very sticky locally.
