Hi All, We've noticed it takes between 5-10 seconds when clicking on links to load up pages in RedDot. We've gotten use to it, but now I'm wondering if this is normal. I've talked to our IT department, and I'm told the server has more processing power and memory than we would ever use, so it's not related to that...
Also, when creating new pages, some RQL runs to set up the references and populate the initial structure of the page. Often, especially during training sessions, this results in a time-out error (which means it took longer than 10 seconds). We're not sure what we can do to help speed up things. Is everyone else experiencing these delays and perhaps any timeout errors? Thanks in advance, [http://www.longwood.edu/news/images/davehooper.gif] David V.
