Let's remember that when a normal user  has physical access to the  computerr
he has several denial of service attacks at his disposal.    First one is to
simply
poweroff the computer, second one is to fire at it with a pistol.    In other
words
security measures against a user who has access to the console are a non-sense.
What you have to do is prevent access by untrusted people.
