        Well, that depends.  If your running a network were users might
move from client to client - why not have the same account and pw for all
of them?  Assuming the "open" clients arn't using multi-user mode ( copies
of the start bar, desktop, profiles, etc ) It's just going to be used to
logon to the network anyhow.
