Fetchmail is sensitive to whether or not the mail has been "seen" yet or
not. Its default is not to retrieve mail which has been "seen". If the ISP
has a process which periodically audits the mail in some way, then, after
whatever the period of time is, the mail may have all acquired the "seen"
state. Invoking fetchmail with the -all option (fetchall if in
.fetchmailrc) will retrieve "seen" mail as well.
