In your samba configuration file...you're using webmin, right....click on Windows Networking in the samba module, and make sure that the workgroup is set to the same as your Windows workgroup name. You might also want to check the netmask of your Linux box, and make sure it matches up with your Windows network.

No, that's the problem, it's not showing up. I know it's a picky thing, I'd
just like to see it there. With Windows 2000 they changed network
neighborhood to "my network places" for some reason.
