Since vsftpd wasn't release for RH 7.1, you may need to roll it yourself
(unless you can find it at freshrpms.net or something like that).

Grab the SRPM version you desire (1.1.3-7 is latest from RawHide, but it
does away with xinetd and uses a stand-alone dæmon), and then run:

rpmbuild --rebuild <package name>

Then find your built rpm inside /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386. You can rpm -ivh
<packagename> from there.

Side note - I tried building 1.1.0-1 in RH 7.3 to fix the 2GB file limit
present in 1.0.1-3 and lower, and it does *not* build. 1.1.3-7 does,
however. If you don't need to transfer files larger than 2GB, then the 1.0.x
versions should work fine under RH 7.1.

Or... you can just grab the source tarball and compile it yourself :-) The
above method, however, takes out most of the guesswork.
