There is no vsftpd released for Advanced Server, as it is not supported on Advanced Server yet. However, if you would like to run vsftpd on Advanced Server at this time, the package from 7.3 can be obtained from ftp.redhat.com, or several mirrors that exist. We cannot provide support on it, but the 7.3 package should work (vsftpd-1.0.1-5). The 8.0 package should not be used. You should not install an unsupported glibc on the system. We cannot provide support for packages that we do not distribute having been tested and released specifically for Advanced Server. Hope this helps!
