Try <CRTL> <ALT> <F2> (or <CRTL> <ALT> <F3>). There you will see where the installation stopped. If you don't understand it, you can copy/paste it to the mailing list...
I'm not shure about the function keys, but try from F1 to F7 ;-)

It goes all the way to the end and then it just stops like the install freezes up or something. I can still move the curser but the installation stops dead in its tracks. I have a dual 1.0 gig cpu box with 1g of ram and plenty of disk space. I have tried the install 3 times and it always gets to just about the same point and quits.
