rpmbuild --rebuild --arch myarch somerpm.src.rpm. Maybe this should be the official way of distributing applications anyway. There's no reason RHN couldn't download the src rpm and rebuild it on the user's system in the background. It does require having development libraries that aren't always installed, but these are merely another dependency.
