you need to make your linux machine the gateway for the rest of your
computers. also unless you manually assign the IPs, you'll need to enable
dhcp.

Also, use the wizards to enable a firewall (iptables) to look OUT nearly
everything except port 110, 25, and 80. (We're supposed to get slammed this
weekend by a bunch of hackers. Don't let your machine fall victim.)
