If I had had a larger HD to install on, I am sure I wouldn't have had any
problems. However, I only have 100 megs set aside from my 2g, and 270 megs
for a another HD. And my root is on the 270 meg HD. It doesn't seem to
want to upgrade all that well. I did a total reinstall. I don't know why,
but when I install (after selecting the things I want), it says it will
install 200 megs of stuff. It actually installs 240 megs of stuff. Maybe
it is just because there are tonnes of small files which take up the blocks.
Is there anyway for me to format with RedHat to make my inodes smaller? I
think the default is 4096 bytes isn't it?

As for the fact that RH install sucks. It does suck. The reason being, is
that they don't check for HD space. If you deselect as86 assembler, then
try to make a new kernel, it tells you right at the end that command not
found for as86. It should tell you this in the install. After all,
recompiling a kernel is a very important aspect of Linux.
