This where I install programs like netscape to (ie the netscape4.05
directory with all the README's, classes etc..).

If you have the source to netscape, put it here.
> /usr/local/bin
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Throw a copy of the netscape binary here, and put /usr/local/bin in your
path.
