Bru will do everything but 95. If you can create a boot disk for 95 so if
can connect via samba, it will work. But it doesn't create the boot disk
for 95 like you want. You would have to create it yourself. Might want to
check it out.. 

Not the PE version, the full blown 229-299 version.
