I think you can do what he wants to do but I don't really think it is useful. Well
maybe for putting the database work (accessed from outside or otherwise I don't
understand) on B.
I think you are right : putting the dsl line as the input of a hub would work.
Otherwise, I think the only thing needed is to re-route host B external IP to the
second (internal) nic of A.
